Practice area: Workers’ Compensation Defense
Francesca Tait was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree, majoring in Business Administration and Political Science. During her Undergraduate Degree, Miss Tait interned with Congresswoman Diana DeGette in Washington, D.C. and Student Legal Services, giving her an introduction to law.
Miss Tait graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. In law school, Miss Tait interned with Sundahl, Powers, Kapp, and Martin where she gained experience working on a multitude of defense cases including car insurance, workers’ compensation, and railroad cases arising under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act. Miss Tait was a finalist in the University of Wyoming ABA Negotiations Competition and received honor letters for her course work in Business Administration and Trusts and Estate Law. During her third year of law school, she worked in the Family and Immigrant Justice Clinic assisting low income families in matters of custody and divorce.
Miss Tait began working at Lee & Brown, LLC as a law clerk in the Summer of 2018. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in the Fall of 2018 and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and Professionals in Workers’ Compensation.
