William R. Finn

Practice area: Workers’ Compensation Defense

William R. Finn obtained his law license in Colorado in 2017 and began his career representing injured claimants in the workers’ compensation system. Mr. Finn practiced in all aspects of workers’ compensation law and gained extensive knowledge in client management, pre-trial discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation and litigation. Thereafter, Mr. Finn joined Lee & Brown as an associate practicing workers’ compensation defense, where is able to use his extensive knowledge of Claimant representation to vigorously defend claims for his clients. Mr. Finn handles claims spanning from the initial industrial injury through hearing and appeal.

Mr. Finn earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 2013, majoring in Economics. Thereafter Mr. Finn attended Western New England School of Law where he served as the production editor for the Western New England Law Review and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016. During his time in law school Mr. Finn clerked for the Honorable William J. Boyle at Springfield District Court, and served as a Law Clerk for Pelligrini, Seeley, Ryan, and Blakesley, a plaintiff focused firm where Mr. Finn began his training in workers’ compensation law in addition to social security law, premises liability, and general insurance practice.

Mr. Finn is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. In his free time Mr. Finn enjoys cooking, skiing, and taking advantage of all of the natural beauty that Colorado has to offer.
